Why read Posner’s blog?
I for one will be taking a look at Posner’s blog, but given his argument in The problematics of moral and legal theory, one wonders why one should bother. After all, there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference between his ethical theorizing and the ethical theorizing of the nasty “academic moralists” he so vociferously complains about in that book.
